Ira - Golden Retriever - Service Dog in Training
After a extensive shopping trip to Sam's Club Ira is worn out!! :))
I have several dogs that I call my "heart dogs", we just "get" each other. I can't explain how or when it will happen, it just does.
I've only had two other dogs that have fit this description. One was Midnight my third guide dog puppy; and the second was Ben, a face you've seen often on this blog.
Ira is number three on that list, a small phenomenon that I really can't figure out its origin. If anything our relationship has been rocky from the start,she has almost chewed my house to shreds, is an extreme counter surfer, and is always pacing.
But for some odd reason, I know its going to hurt me greatly when she leaves, already I'm complaining about having to switch her to another trainer.
Why am I doing this again???
