This week starts the 3rd Wilderwood Graduation since I've been working at WSD. Graduations is when the families come in for an 8 day training session with the staff at Wilderwood and their new dog.
We only have two dogs graduating this week, my Buddy Ben a male Lab, that was donated to the program by some friends of mine. An awesome dog if their was ever one!
Daniel is the other dog, going to his forever home this week, he's a male goldendoodle and a real love bug!
Both have started the bonding process with their new families extremely well, we don't usually start out this great, but we are happy that we are!!!
Why? This is generally a VERY stressful day on the family, child and dog, though this day wasn't without its stress, it was not as much as some grads we've been in!!
So I have one word for today: SUCCESS!!!
